Mindfulness Meditation

  • Consistency is Key
  • Ideally you should meditation every day for at least 10 minutes
  • Sit in a comfortable chair, feet on the floor, back straight
  • Select a quite location free from interruptions

Tips

  • It's normal that you mind wanders. Meditation is the art of re-focusing your mind after it wanders. This builds the muscle of focus.
  • Don't worry if you've "zoned out". It's also normal. Once you realize you've been distracted, simple re-focus on the meditation.
  • Have fun!
